Westfield's Farmer's Market opens June 29th this year!
The goal is to be BETTER than ever! That is how GWACC Board Member, Christopher Devine, and Heather Robinson, Executive Director, approached planning the 2013 Westfield Farmer’s Market.
Westfield has chosen to continue our tradition of supporting local business people by opting to participate in the “Jersey Fresh” program. As such, we cannot have a LONG season, but we ensure you really fresh, local products. You are buying CLOSE to the source, and you’re usually meeting the farmers! Returning again, our farms include Donaldson, Peaceful Valley, and Skeba.
High Mountain Foods - Frozen pastas such as ravioli; Focaccia; Pickles; Fresh Mozzarella
Lithuanian Bakery - breads, pies, and donuts.
JD Gourmet – Oils and vinegars
Shonna’s Sweet Bites – Macaroons, cookies, brownies
Gourmet Nuts & Dried Fruit LLC - Nuts, dried fruits, granola, snacks
Paolo's Kitchen - Frozen prepared Italian - style entrees
We want all of our customers to know that the market is shifting down, WITHIN THE SAME TRAIN STATION PARKING LOT. We will now be nestled into the corner of the lot directly across from San Marzano, and Pegasus at intersection of Summit. Our hope this that the “new location” will bring attention to the market, while also making it easier for patrons of the market to patronize a few of the nearby stores in our beautiful Downtown!
The Westfield Farmer’s Market will be held every Saturday, June 29th-October 26th, 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM, at the South Avenue Train Station, in Westfield. If you are a regular… welcome back! If you’ve never enjoyed our market before… please come see what you’ve been missing!
